  • Property address (provided for scheduling purposes)
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; VHZ does not store card numbers)
  • Service selections and booking preferences
  • Website usage data (pages visited, referral source)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Process payments and schedule photography sessions
  • Communicate with you about your booking and deliverables
  • Send booking confirmations and delivery notifications
  • Respond to contact form inquiries
  • Improve our services and website

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.

3. Data Sharing

We share your information only with:

  • Stripe: For secure payment processing.
  • MesaHomes: Only for FSBO handoff transactions where you were redirected from MesaHomes. In this case, we send a payment confirmation back to MesaHomes so they can update your listing status. Direct purchases on virtualhomezone.com are not shared with MesaHomes.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): Our hosting and email infrastructure provider.

4. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for 90 days. Payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting regulations. Website usage data is retained for 12 months.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure payment processing via Stripe, and encrypted data storage on AWS. Payment card information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will respond to requests within 30 days.

7. Cookies

This website uses essential cookies for site functionality. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
