1. Services

Virtual Home Zone ("VHZ," "we," "us") provides real estate photography, drone aerial photography, video production, 3D Matterport virtual tours, virtual staging, and related marketing support services in the Phoenix East Valley, Arizona.

VHZ does not list properties on the MLS, represent sellers or buyers in real estate transactions, handle earnest money, or provide legal advice. Brokerage services are available separately through MesaHomes partner agents.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is collected at the time of booking via Stripe. All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is required before a shoot is scheduled.

3. Delivery Timelines

Base package deliverables are provided within 24 hours of the completed shoot. Standard package deliverables within 48 hours. Premium package deliverables (including video and virtual staging) within 72 hours. Delivery timelines begin after the completed shoot date, not the purchase date.

If we miss a stated delivery window, we treat your project as top priority until delivered and send a personal update with the new ETA. For listings where timing is critical (open house, MLS deadline), notify us at booking so we can flag the schedule.

4. Reschedule Policy

Reschedules are free if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled shoot. Same-day reschedules are subject to a $50 rebooking fee. Weather-related reschedules are always free. We make reasonable efforts to reschedule within 7 days of the original date.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot. 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before the shoot. No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the shoot or after media has been delivered.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. If you cancel after media delivery, no refund is available, but you retain a license to use the delivered media for real estate marketing purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the customer receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use all delivered media for real estate marketing purposes, including MLS listings, property websites, social media, print materials, and advertising.

VHZ retains copyright ownership of all media produced. VHZ may use delivered media in its portfolio, marketing materials, and website unless the customer requests otherwise in writing before the shoot.

7. Drone Photography

Drone photography is subject to FAA regulations and airspace restrictions. Our photographer holds FAA Part 107 certification. Some properties near Falcon Field Airport (FFZ) and Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (IWA) may not be eligible for drone flights. VHZ confirms drone eligibility before the shoot. If drone photography is not possible, we substitute elevated-angle photography from ground level or offer a partial refund for the drone component.

8. Limitation of Liability

VHZ's total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question. VHZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
